Temporary Administrator Immediate Start in Lincoln. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. £13.00 - £13.50 per hour.

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to start Monday for an initial one-week assignment, with the potential to be extended. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who is available immediately and can commit to working the full week.

Key Duties:

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders (POs)
  • General administrative support
  • Data entry and document processing
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting the wider team with day-to-day administration tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Reliable and available to start immediately
  • Able to commit to working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
