We are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Production Administrator on behalf of our client based in Basford, Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure a long-term position within a busy and supportive environment.
Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for a varied role within a production environment?
Key Responsibilities:- Logging product testing results for materials and manufactured products
- Completing manufacturing batch cards and maintaining accurate traceability records
- Carrying out detailed traceability studies when required
- Generating and sending Certificates of Analysis
- Logging supplier Certificates of Analysis and following up on outstanding documentation
- Creating work orders and product labels in line with the production schedule
- Supporting with additional administration duties across the department
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with quality standards
- Operating within company Quality Assurance procedures at all times
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with documentation and data entry
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and reliable team player
