We’re currently recruiting for a Client Experience Advisor to join a growing and fast-paced organisation based in Annesley, Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone sales-minded, driven and proactive, who enjoys managing a process from start to finish and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping momentum, influencing outcomes and driving sales through to completion not just providing administration support.
The RoleYou’ll manage the full journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring everything progresses efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing a portfolio from sale through to completion
- Proactively progressing sales and keeping all parties engaged
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents and internal teams
- Handling enquiries and ensuring quick, effective responses
- Monitoring progress and driving deals forward
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
- Supporting team targets and contributing to business growth
This role requires someone commercially aware, proactive and comfortable influencing stakeholders to keep deals moving.
