Administrator Nottingham, NG2 Β£13.50 per hour Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm – 3:30pm finish on a Friday (Term time only) Looking for someone to start as soon as possible Temporary ongoing Description To provide high quality administrative support for the Post 16 Centre, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations, supporting staff and students and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the Centre. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for staff and students in the Post 16 Centre Manage UCAS application process, references, form checking, monitoring and entry database setup Verifying attendance Oversee attendance, including initial follow-up. Produce reports on attendance and achievement from databases Maintain student records Act as receptionist for the Post 16 Centre Provide clerical support such as document preparation Manage Post 16 resources (books and equipment) Collect monies for trips and related activities Process applications to the Post 16 Centre Help prepare recruitment materials Assist with consultation sessions, open evenings and after-school events Maintain the Centre diary Person Specification Good organisational skills Strong communication skills Experience on Microsoft Office and different CRM systems Ability to learn Able to work independently and part of a team
