Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Bingham – hybrid working Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our clients team. The successful candidate will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting documents and trial preparation. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure and a strong understanding of legal procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions and mediations. * Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions and discovery requests. * Manage case files, organise documents and maintain filing systems. * Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel and opposing counsel. * Review and summarise legal documents and deposition transcripts. * E-file court documents and ensure compliance with court procedures. * Assist in preparing exhibits, trial binders and case summaries. * Track case deadlines and maintain litigation calendars. * Support attorneys in document review and evidence gathering. Key Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification. * Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing processes. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal case management software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
