We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Lincoln. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting multiple operational departments, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business operations.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, and confident managing a broad range of administrative, operational, and coordination duties within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Supporting operational teams with commercial administration
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting with applications for payment and project documentation
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for field-based teams
  • Managing data, reports, and operational records accurately
  • Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting managers with operational and logistical coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases
  • Assisting with material ordering and supplier coordination where required
About You
  • Previous experience within an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Administration Manager, or similar role
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment such as construction, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or operational services would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to work independently whilst also supporting a wider team
