Internal Account Manager – NG16 – £30,000 + Bonus Are you an experienced Account Manager or Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Internal Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, support internal sales, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. NG16, with free on-site parking Full-time, permanent 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM £30,000 per annum + Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and orders * Support external Sales Account Managers * Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately * Assist in resolving customer complaints when needed * Maintain customer records and update the ERP system * Provide pricing, delivery, and product information * Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Key Requirements: * Experience in account management or sales administration within a manufacturing environment (essential) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Attention to detail and ability to multitask * Positive and proactive approach to work Benefits: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Annual Bonus based on company profit * Medicash * Free flu jabs * Pension scheme * Long service gifts * Free on-site parking If you are passionate about client success and possess the necessary skills to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply for the position of Account Manager
