Health & Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager\\nNottingham\\n£35,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)\\nFull-time | Monday – Friday\\n\\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to take the lead in fostering a culture of safety and compliance within a growing manufacturing business. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory adherence, enhancing workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Champion a proactive safety culture across the business, ensuring best practices are embedded at all levels.\\n\\n * Develop, implement, and refine HSE management systems, policies, and risk assessments.\\n\\n * Deliver engaging training sessions and coaching to empower teams with a strong safety mindset.\\n\\n * Conduct thorough audits, inspections, and incident investigations, driving preventive measures.\\n\\n * Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to influence HSE strategy and compliance.\\n\\n * Monitor environmental impact and sustainability efforts, ensuring best practices are met.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Need\\n\\n * At least 5 years of experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or production.\\n\\n * Comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.\\n\\n * A relevant NEBOSH, IEMA, or equivalent qualification (CMIOSH is highly desirable).\\n\\n * A strong track record of implementing safety improvements and influencing senior stakeholders.\\n\\n * Experience in leading HSE training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.\\n\\n * A full UK driving license is essential.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * The chance to lead meaningful change and make a real impact in a well-established business.\\n\\n * A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth.\\n\\n * A competitive salary and benefits package reflecting your experience and expertise.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an HSE professional who is passionate about driving high safety standards and embedding best practices within a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
