Temporary HR Adviser (Part-Time) – Immediate Start

Location: Nottingham

Contract: Temporary (Until End of May)

Start Date: Week commencing 31st March

Hours: 3 full days per week or 5 half days per week

Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity? We are seeking a Temporary HR Adviser to provide vital support to a well-established organisation. With a mix of office-based and remote staff, this role will be based at Nottingham and report directly to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, including statutory employment checks
  • Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts
  • Coordinating staff inductions and onboarding
  • Overseeing attendance management, including monitoring absence, attending meetings, and liaising with Occupational Health
  • Conducting risk assessments related to employee wellbeing
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system to track employee records and compliance
