Front of House Receptionist – GP Surgery Location: Nottingham Pay Rate: £12.30 – £12.50 per hour (DOE) Contract: Temporary, Ongoing Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Front of House Receptionist to join a busy GP Surgery in Nottingham. This is a temporary ongoing position with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors Managing patient appointments, queries and registrations using SystemOne Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner Supporting the wider GP practice team with administrative tasks Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a high standard of patient care Requirements: SystemOne trained – essential Previous experience working within a GP Surgery or similar healthcare environment Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism and empathy This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your GP practice knowledge and make a real difference in supporting patients and the practice team.
