An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of service delivery across a network of client sites. This role would suit someone who thrives on building relationships, driving commercial performance, and ensuring consistently high service standards.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple locations, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining operational compliance. This is a field-based role that offers autonomy and variety, ideal for someone confident working independently while staying closely aligned with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts across all sites
- Act as the first point of contact for service issues, performance feedback, and operational updates
- Analyse usage and sales data to identify trends and areas for commercial improvement
- Produce weekly reports and present recommendations to the senior management team
- Work with site teams to ensure consistent service quality and presentation standards
- Lead on service improvement initiatives and implement agreed changes across sites
- Monitor compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
- Support with registering new sites and maintaining appropriate documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in account management, ideally across multiple client sites
