Purpose of the role

The Accounts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the accounts team during a busy period, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.

This role will focus on assisting with a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, invoice processing and general administrative duties.

Key Duties

  • Process and input invoices, credit notes and expenses into the accounting system
  • Support with monitoring of account transactions
  • Prepare and issue statements, payment runs and reminders where required
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and reports to track financial activity
  • Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Contribute to maintaining accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in all finance related processes.
