Purpose of the role
The Accounts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the accounts team during a busy period, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
This role will focus on assisting with a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, invoice processing and general administrative duties.
Key Duties
- Process and input invoices, credit notes and expenses into the accounting system
- Support with monitoring of account transactions
- Prepare and issue statements, payment runs and reminders where required
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries promptly
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
- Update spreadsheets, databases and reports to track financial activity
- Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Contribute to maintaining accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in all finance related processes.
