FitzRoy is seeking a Deputy Manager for Donec Mews, a supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will partner with the Service Manager to lead a skilled team and ensure person-centred, outcomes-focused support, while driving safety and continuous improvement.
You will embed person-centred care, champion independence and meaningful engagement, and contribute to audits, safeguarding, records, and resource management in a rural setting.
