About The Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As the Registered Home Manager leading our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
- Work collaboratively to ensure a positive contribution to residents’ welfare.
- Ensure the Home delivers quality standards of care in accordance with our operating policies and procedures and all statutory requirements.
- Ensure the effective management of the Home in conjunction with your Heads of Department within the Home.
- Fully contribute to the establishment of the Home Management Plan and be responsible for managing the home budget.
- Ensure that initiatives are developed and undertaken to maximise occupancy and revenue growth.
As the registered manager you will be responsible for the safe, happy, efficient and cost-effective running of the Home. You will ensure the home delivers quality standards of care enabling our residents to live as full and independent a life as possible. You will work collaboratively to manage the day-to-day operations of the Home in accordance with statutory requirements and our policies, maximizing occupancy.
