About the Role

We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents

What you'll do:

• Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordancewiththeir needs and desired outcomes.

• You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

• Ensure residents physical environment meetstheirneeds.

• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to theperson incharge where necessary

• Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity ofourresidents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
