You will work with the home leadership team to drive a culture of excellence, ensuring residents receive compassionate care and staff feel valued and supported.
You will oversee regulatory compliance including CQC, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act, manage medication and care planning, coordinate admissions, and lead staffing rosters while promoting engagement and safety across the home.
