Duty Manager in Salisbury

We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager to join our team at an independent living retirement complex in Salisbury Responsibilities and desirable qualities will include: *Experience in the supervision and managing of a small team *Meeting the needs of the resident owners to ensure continued independence and an optimum quality of life for all. *A positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times with the willing to go beyond expectation. *Experience in working with authorized budgets. *Ability to Work with the catering team to ensure a high standard of service to the resident owners. *Experience working with older people *Positive team player with good communication skills Part time position. Hours of Work are averaging at around 22 hours per week on a 5 week rolling basis. Rota is Monday to Sunday. Shift times are 8am until 3pm for a morning shift, and 3pm until 10pm for an afternoon shift. Over nights, some weekends and some bank holidays are included - this is a non-negotiable part of the job. Shift 3pm until 10pm includes a sleep in duty between 10pm and 8am at £46.00 per night, plus disturbance allowance. An enhanced DBS will be requested in the event of a successful application
