Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter and deliver exemplary customer service each day.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the team to successfully achieve the accounts business plan and targets.
  • Promote the brand, build the business and drive retail sales on the counter.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members to build skills, competencies, and ambitious goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management to create a positive environment.
  • Provide genuine, friendly service and product advice to customers seeking the best in beauty products.
  • Identify and recommend the product or service that best meets each customer’s needs, showcasing knowledge of innovative beauty products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit counter targets.
  • Perform RDSE (Relationship Development Support) service as required.
