  • Build and execute customer account plans to drive sustainable growth
  • Manage and support the UK fragrance strategy across Boots / large‑scale grocer customers, identifying expansion, innovation and category opportunities
  • Produce weekly business reporting with clear insight and actionable recommendations
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and P&L management, ensuring accuracy and strong commercial rigour
  • Drive distribution, visibility, VM and promotional effectiveness across all channels

  • Significant investment across the Revlon Group
  • The chance to help shape the future of an iconic heritage brand during a once‑in‑a‑generation transformation
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture within a globally recognised beauty business

Benefits

  • Product allowance & generous staff discounts across the Revlon Group portfolio (up to 60% discount on RRP)
  • 25 days annual leave per year (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays
