A rare opportunity has opened up to join a dynamic, high‑performing marketing team at a pivotal moment for our business. We’re looking for a Brand Manager – Skincare & Fragrances to work across Elizabeth Arden and our fragrances portfolio, helping shape the future of one of the most iconic heritage beauty brands in the UK & Ireland. This role blends long‑term brand building with short‑term commercial impact and offers real ownership across strategy, activation, and performance.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead one of our largest and most strategically important skincare franchises alongside key licensed fragrances. You’ll bring standout consumer experiences to life across every touchpoint — from insight‑driven launches and full‑funnel media to e‑commerce, retail activation, and cross‑functional leadership.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Shaping franchise strategy and contributing to UK & Ireland growth plans.
  • Acting as a brand guardian across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Leading 360° go‑to‑market plans for NPD and core products.
  • Driving digital, social, performance marketing and media effectiveness.
  • Partnering with sales, retail, PR, and influencer teams to maximise impact.
  • Owning forecasting, budget management, and campaign performance analysis.

3+ years’ experience in a brand or marketing role (beauty/skincare/fragrance ideal). Strong understanding of UK retail, e‑commerce, and the beauty landscape. Commercially minded, insight‑led, and analytically strong. Confident working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
