Responsibilities
- Proactively developing new business opportunities.
- Leading the delivery of our client projects.
- Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent.
- Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients.
- Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders.
- Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines.
- Taking responsibility for your own business development targets.
- Engaging with multiple Partners.
- Driving the personal development of your teams.
- Providing thought leadership and internal training/coaching.
- You will be developing the next leaders of our company.
- You will be driving new business development and sales efforts and growing our franchise.
- You will be leading the delivery of initiatives and driving further sales opportunities within existing clients.
