  • Identify, prioritise and deliver process improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, increase efficiency and enable the People Operations function to scale with the business.
  • Contribute flexibly to the wider People Operations agenda, taking ownership of emerging priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Strategic Initiatives

  • Support people due diligence activities for future acquisitions (payroll, employment terms, equity plans).
  • Own elements of post‑acquisition people integration to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners (payroll setup, equity onboarding).
  • Conduct research into new geographies to expand our team (employment requirements, payroll feasibility).

  • Partner with senior leadership, including the People Operations Lead and COO.
  • Own the production, analysis, and interpretation of key people metrics.
