Job description

To excel as an Elixirr, Insurance Principal you will confidently:

• Lead the delivery of our client projects
• Proactively developing and successfully converting new business opportunities
• Taking responsibility for your own business development targets
• Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders
• Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent
• Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines
• Engaging with multiple Partners across our firm
• Driving the personal development of your teams and growing the future leaders of our business
• Providing thought leadership in the market and internal training/coaching

For this Industry focused role, you also need to be:

• Experienced in Commercial Insurance, P&C or MGA environments
• Compelling in winning client trust to execution Data and AI projects
• Confident delivering Enterprise level, transformation programmes

• On a clear journey to Partner
• A confident market maker with a proven record of originating and developing sustainable economically valuable relationships
• An established consultant by background, experienced in one or more areas of strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing and business case development
• Adaptable across different industries or geographies
• Co-creative in your approach to working with clients to solve their biggest challenges
