Founded in 2009, we’ve grown from a single vision into a powerhouse of entrepreneurial talent, delivering boardroom strategy through to execution. After IPO-ing on AIM in July 2020, Elixirr moved to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. Our market cap has grown from £98 million to over £350 million – a testament to our differentiated approach and relentless pursuit of excellence.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join us on this exciting growth journey and shape the future of consulting.

Job Summary: We’re building the best consulting firm in the world. We’re looking for outstanding client-facing Cyber Security Managers with 4-6 years’ experience to join our global team. You will be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact on our client’s business and help shape their thinking from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-facing cyber security consulting engagements, delivering strategic advice across cyber risk, resilience, governance, and operating models.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CRO, etc.).
  • Translate complex cyber threats and issues into clear business language and actionable recommendations.
  • Shape and contribute to Elixirr’s growing cyber proposition – including thought leadership, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support business development, including identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and pitching solutions.
  • Contribute to internal capability building, including team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Comfortable working as a generalist delivering projects across other capabilities when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Hold a high standard of output. You are innovative, empathetic, a strong communicator with a great work ethic.
  • Support more senior members of the team from day one, working independently and as an integral part of a team providing guidance and insight.
  • Provide leadership to newer team members, willing to listen to new suggestions and ideas.
  • Hold and develop great stakeholder management skills, building your reputation, client rapport and relationships.
  • Professional and calm, translating complex client problems into actionable plans.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic cyber engagements for clients, such as cyber strategy & maturity assessments, target operating model design, regulatory readiness (e.g. DORA, NIS2, GDPR), cyber risk management & governance, and board-level cyber advisory.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001) are a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent strategic and general consulting experience.
  • Identify and seize opportunities. Creative and proactive, always looking at what we can do next.

  • Client diversity: Work across industries and with ambitious businesses – from FTSE 100 to high-growth scale-ups.
