What the job involves
- Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is seeking an exceptional corporate and M&A lawyer to join its high performing team of legal rockstars in supporting the Elixirr Group’s business internationally. This role predominantly requires corporate and M&A activities, combined with a hands‑on approach to providing a broad spectrum of post‑acquisition integration support
- This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly scaling international business. We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset. A strong technical grounding from a top tier law firm and gravitas to comfortably negotiate with senior executives is also essential
- In addition to the M&A work you will advise the Elixirr Group on Companies Act and listed company regulatory obligations, including corporate governance, statutory filings, board and shareholder matters, employee share schemes, stock exchange compliance, and ongoing disclosure requirements
- The successful candidate will play a key relationship building role in supporting Elixirr Partners and Principals to engage with FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and private equity‑backed clients in a range of sectors including insurance, banking, financial services, CPG, healthcare, manufacturing and retail. Elixirr International plc joined the main market in July 2025 with ambitious growth aspirations to achieve FTSE 250 status imminently
- Elixirr has completed nine acquisitions since its AIM IPO in 2020 (two of which were post Elixirr’s step up to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange) and continues to actively pursue strategic acquisitions globally. You will be involved in acquisitions of new businesses as part of Elixirr’s growth strategy and will work with Elixirr’s acquisitions team and with external lawyers (in the UK and internationally, particularly in the US)
- You will work closely with Elixirr’s General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. You must be confident to operate independently and collaborate and communicate well with legal team members, external clients and internal business stakeholders
