We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and run our end-to-end content engine from planning through to delivery, performance, and optimisation. You’ll lead our Industries & Services marketing system, delivering high-quality B2B content including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content aligned to commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end content pipeline across thought leadership, case studies, and campaigns
- Manage a structured content calendar aligned to business priorities
- Work with subject matter experts to extract, structure, and refine content into market‑ready output
- Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and messaging consistency
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant marketing content
- Own the publishing process, including uploading and managing content on the website
- Brief and collaborate with designers to develop supporting creative assets aligned to content
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development while maintaining quality
Performance & optimisation
- Track content and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to improve output and effectiveness
- Optimise messaging, channels, and content based on insight
Content alignment across the business
- Bring structure to how content is developed, shared, and reused
- Ensure consistency in messaging and avoid duplication
- Identify opportunities to amplify content across the organisation
Stakeholder management
- Work closely with Partners and subject matter experts to extract insight
- Manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
