This role is an exciting, hands-on position that will support across a range of day-to-day people operations activities, as well as leading key initiatives across payroll and employee equity programmes. You will work closely with the COO, as well as Finance and HR teams across the Group companies.

Our next people operations superstar will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Conduct research into new geographies to expand our team (employment requirements, payroll feasibility)

Day-to-day operational activities might include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with senior leadership, including the People Operations Lead and COO, to prepare quarterly Partner updates, leadership reporting and board-ready people insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Own the production, analysis and interpretation of key people metrics across the Group (e.g. headcount, attrition, payroll, equity participation and organisational data), turning data into clear recommendations and actions
  • Lead and oversee monthly payroll delivery across Group entities, ensuring a seamless, compliant and efficient process while identifying opportunities to improve controls, accuracy and employee experience
  • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across People, Finance and Operations, providing expert guidance on people operations matters and ensuring alignment across teams and geographies
  • Act as a superuser and product owner for core people systems, shaping the roadmap, driving optimisation and embedding scalable processes that support business growth
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Employee Share Purchase Plan and Options programme, while continuously enhancing the participant experience through clear communication, training and governance
  • Deliver analysis and insight across payroll, workforce and equity data to support business planning, risk management and operational decision-making
  • Partner with Legal and HR to review, evolve and implement people policies and frameworks that are fit for a growing, international listed business
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and wider Operations team to help create an exceptional employee and guest experience in our office environment
  • Manage key people operations suppliers and contracts, including payroll and benefits providers, ensuring effective governance, value for money and opportunities for simplification or consolidation
  • Identify, prioritise and deliver process improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, increase efficiency and enable the People Operations function to scale with the business
  • Contribute flexibly to the wider People Operations agenda, taking ownership of emerging priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
