JOB SUMMARY: The Head of Finance – FP&A, Treasury & Transformation is a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working alongside the Financial Controller and Head of Tax. The role is responsible for leading the Group's financial planning and analysis, treasury management and finance transformation agenda while driving business performance, growth and shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Produce Board-quality performance reporting and analysis.
- Lead Group treasury activities including liquidity, cash forecasting and banking relationships.
- Oversee debt facilities, covenant compliance and financial risk management.
- Develop and execute the finance transformation roadmap.
- Lead finance process improvement, automation and systems initiatives.
- Support strategic planning, M&A and capital allocation decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong FP&A, treasury and business performance management expertise.
- Experience leading finance transformation programmes.
- Experience in complex international businesses.
Preferred:
- Consulting, professional services or other business services experience.
- Strong data and digital capability, with experience applying automation and AI solutions to improve finance performance and decision support.
- Understanding of modern finance operating models, data governance and technology-enabled business processes.
- Experience in businesses executing an acquisition strategy.
