Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a service advisor to join the team at their state-of-the-art facility in Truro. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the workshop team to ensure that all deadlines and quality standards are achieved. You will oversee workshop parts & resources, work schedules and team budgets. This is a vital role within the team and a key link between the engineering, financial, customer service & end customers - customer service skills and communication skills will be needed in this varied and busy role.
