You will work with the service manager and sales manager to create service plans and contracts for both existing and new customers UK wide. You'll be responsible for scheduling a team of service & installation engineers, taking incoming service & warranty enquiries, ensuring issues and maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner. You will be working for a company who have been at the forefront of their industry for over 20 years, providing a range of engineering services and state of the art, special purpose equipment to customers across the UK.
