With a strong pipeline of new projects and technology transfers, they are looking for an Electronics Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing efficiency, build robust test fixtures, and support products from final design through to series production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and collaborating across design and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

The Role

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising the manufacturing processes of complex electronic systems. You will work closely with the design team to ensure new product introductions (NPI) feature appropriate build documentation, test equipment, jigs, and fixtures to facilitate efficient production within time, quality, and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with Design teams on PCBs for jigs, fixtures & evaluation
  • Build automated test procedures
  • Drive New Product Introduction and Design for Manufacture initiatives
  • Diagnose faults and perform root-cause analysis on production lines
