They are looking for a senior maintenance engineer/team leader to provide hands on maintenance operations, drive performance within the team, contribute to continuous improvement and take ownership of the CMMS. You will be managing a small but established engineering team, and will be provided with an individualised, structured training plan. This role would suit a shift lead, supervisor or an experienced engineer looking to make a step up and join a growing, established manufacturing company offering training, overtime and day to day variety as well as an excellent earning potential.
