Are you an experienced maintenance engineer or supervisor, looking to join an established manufacturer in a Monday - Friday role offering training, regular overtime and clear routes to progression? Are you looking for a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment as a shift leader where you will manage daily maintenance operations?
This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company that has undergone steady growth for a number of years and has made significant investment in new factory machinery. You will be managing a small but established engineering team, and will be provided with an individualised, structured training plan.
They are looking for an engineering shift team leader to manage day to day maintenance operations, drive continuous improvement, take ownership of the CMMS and drive performance within the team. This role would suit a shift lead, supervisor or an experienced engineer looking to make a step up and join a growing, established manufacturing company offering training, overtime and day to day variety as well as an excellent earning potential.
The Role:
- Manage day to day maintenance on site
- Take ownership of CMMS and drive CI
- Oversee and develop the PPM schedule
The Candidate:
- Experienced maintenance engineer or shift leader
- Competent user of CMMS Software
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM
- Leadership skills
