Does a regional role installing vibration monitoring sensors on manufacturing machinery and then providing reports to those findings for clients sound appealing? If you have a reliability, vibration, PPM or maintenance background and fancy a technically interesting role covering the South East then here's a great opportunity.
The company are a multidisciplinary organisation involved within Engineering, but this department focuses on providing condition monitoring and vibration analysis work for clients at Manufacturing plants around the UK who use rotating machinery. This rotating machinery can be anything from mixers, gearboxes, fans, pumps, motors etc.
The role involves covering the South East where a typical week will see 3-4 days on the road either installing or servicing condition monitoring sensors and 1 or 2 days writing reports working remotely. You will be provided with a van, tools, fuel card, company credit card, uniform, mobile phone and laptop. Plus you can even use the van for personal use within reason. There will be some occasional overnight stays but generally speaking you will be home most nights.
