Are you from a Garage Door or similar industrial background and want a role offering a regional patch, management and the chance to work for the direct manufacturer themselves? Do you want a new challenge within a multisite group known for their excellent staff retention and first class training and development?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an installation manager to join and manage the team, based in Reading. You will be scheduling installs and service appointments in the region working on both one off installations at homeowners' properties as well as servicing large new build/housing contracts where the team will complete multiple installations on one site. You will be responsible for managing engineers, hours, recruitment and larger customer accounts, being a key point of contact within the installation department.
The company manage a national operation where they design, manufacture, install and service a range of automatic Garage Doors and equipment to households across the UK. They have an excellent reputation built on years of satisfied customers, great reviews and quality work. You will have a junior engineer working with you to support and will work with a larger team when servicing larger accounts.

- Some experience of installing garage doors or similar home or commercial type installations
- Management experience
- Full Driving License
