Location: Sandwell area (Commutable from West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Great Barr, Walsall, Dudley & North Birmingham)

Salary: £35,500 starting base + fast-track, performance-linked pay progression up to £39,500+

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (No weekend work, no rotating shifts)

About the Business

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shop-floor operations across assembly, specialized product lines, and dispatch to hit daily output targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate shift leaders and operators, fostering a safe, high-performing team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement (5S/Lean) to optimize workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Work closely with senior management and scheduling teams to align production capacity with customer orders.
