Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit an experienced Process Operator to oversee site processes, warehouse duties, and assist shift maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

The Role

  • Core Operations: Running day to day operations of the site and vehicle loading processes in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintaining site standards in line with quality standards, environmental management systems (ISO 14001/50001), and site hygiene/5S standards.
  • Leadership & Support: Deputizing for the Shift Supervisor when required, driving daily performance via visual boards, and supporting shift engineers during maintenance and equipment downtime.

The Candidate

  • Experience working within a processing or heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with automated process control systems, alongside basic computer literacy.
  • Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license and Shunting capability (or willingness to train).
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and safety.
