Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a plant operative to join the team at their state-of-the-art facility near Bristol. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical machinery on the busy production site. Full training will be provided for someone with production experience or a mechanically minded individual.
You will be working for a leading manufacturer of building and construction products who supply a range of loyal customers across the UK, managing the full process from initial enquiry to production and delivery. Operating over multiple sites across England means that some attractive progression opportunities will be presented to a driven individual in the future. The successful candidate will have an excellent training plan implemented to help develop their skills and progress within the business.
The Role:
- Operating and Maintaining Machinery
- Reporting to the Plant Manager
- Monday - Friday until training is completed then a 4on, 4off shift pattern
