Operations Manager – International Supply Chain / Logistics
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum + Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary link between UK and US operations.
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain, production, and procurement activities across both regions.
- Support long‑term strategic operational growth plans.
- Drive efficiency improvements in processes and systems, ensuring smooth movement of goods.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to support continued business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience managing international operations within manufacturing.
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Commercially astute, with a proven ability to influence decision‑making.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Valid work permit to work in the UK.
