An excellent opportunity has arisen for a service engineer to join a well-established manufacturer of specialist pharmaceutical clean air equipment, in a highly technical and varied role. The business is going through fantastic expansion and has multiple requirements for field service engineers, on a regional basis, within the UK. With an excellent reputation across the healthcare sector, they design, manufacture, install and maintain products and systems used within hospitals and cleanroom environments.
This is a business where engineers aren’t just another number. You’ll be joining a supportive team with a real family feel, receiving full product training and ongoing technical support to help you become an expert on their specialist equipment.
Day to day within the position, you will install, service, maintain and validate the equipment, working within controlled, clean room environments.
The Role:
- Carry out routine validation services on pharmaceutical systems (full training provided).
- Respond to breakdown calls and perform fault diagnosis and repair.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
The Candidate:
- Experience working within hospital or cleanroom environments.
- Comfortable working from home and managing a field-based schedule.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required.
- Flexible approach to working hours in line with customer requirements.
