This role offers great autonomy to lead and develop a regional service team, alongside a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The company is an industry-leading manufacturer with a global presence, well known for producing high-quality commercial equipment, supplying into some of the most well-known restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, universities and other commercial environments.
This is a regional Service Manager position responsible for overseeing a team of around 12 field service engineers across London and the South East. You will manage service delivery, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while working closely with senior management. Full product and systems training will be provided.
