Position for a call centre agent to deal with inbound enquiries and convert them to customers. The company is a market leader in the self-storage industry and is experiencing an exciting period of growth.
The Role:
- Manage enquiries and inbound sales calls, providing excellent service.
- Shift rota: 8-5, 9-5:30, 9:30-6, with a fortnightly 10:30-7pm shift.
- One in five weekends on a rota where you will have two days off in the week.
Candidate Requirements:
- Telephone/call centre customer service experience OR general sales experience.
- Applicants must hold a valid UK work permit and have no criminal record that would make them ineligible for employment.
