Are you an electrically biased Engineer with reasonable mechanical skills looking for a Service Engineer role covering the Leeds and north east England area? Here is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding company offering a home based role, regular overtime, training and day to day variety.

The company are a national business involved in waste handling and loading bay equipment. Due to winning new long-term contracts, they are looking to expand their operation in key areas of the UK.

The role involves servicing waste handling equipment including balers and compactors through to loading bay equipment such as dock levellers and scissor lifts. You will be provided with training on the specific equipment if you don't already have it.

This is a great chance to join an expanding company during an exciting period of growth for the firm.

The Role:

  • Service Engineer
  • Covering the North East region.
  • Monday to Friday - 50 hours (Guaranteed 50 hours pay even if you only worked 45)
  • Overtime is time and a half
  • 1 in 7 on call rota (£700)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Electrical skills - Good
  • Mechanical and hydraulic skills average
  • Must live within a reasonable travelling distance of Leeds as that is central to the patch
  • Driving License
  • Beneficial if have experience of balers and compactors, but not essential
