Are you a CNC Miller Setter Operator looking to join a highly successful and growing manufacturing company in a Monday - Thursday role with regular overtime, training and routes to progression? This role will entail setting and operating CNC milling machines, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and producing precision machined components within a dedicated workshop environment. You will be working to tight tolerances to manufacture high-quality parts to exact specifications.

This is a great chance to secure a full-time, permanent role within a four-day working week, with regular overtime, ongoing training and a genuine opportunity to progress within a well-established business.

The Role:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and machining instructions
  • Set and operate CNC milling machines
  • Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings as required
  • Perform quality checks using measuring equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company Health & Safety regulations
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a CNC Miller Operator/Setter
  • Fanuc knowledge preferred, although not essential
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
