The company are industry-leading manufacturers with a global presence. They are well known for producing high-quality commercial equipment, supplying into some of the most well-known restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, universities and other commercial environments.
This is a regional Service Manager position responsible for overseeing a team of around 12 field service engineers across London and the South East. You will manage service delivery, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while working closely with senior management. Full product and systems training will be provided.

- Coaching, mentoring and performance management of engineers
- Ensuring service KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction are met
- Liaising with customers, internal departments and senior leadership
- Previous experience leading a team of service engineers
- Backgrounds considered: catering equipment, coffee machines, white goods, laundry, printers, lifts or similar electromechanical equipment
- Single and Three phase knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
