Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a hands‑on background looking for fully funded qualifications and rapid career growth?
Due to ongoing expansion, my client is seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join their team. Following the success of a recent graduate placement in the department, they are bringing in a second driven engineer to support them. This role offers an exceptional training package, including fully funded external courses. Working alongside senior engineers, you will gain hands‑on experience in component inspection, quality reporting, non‑conformance investigations, and ISO compliance.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong work ethic and 1-2 years of practical experience whether that’s a placement year or hands‑on shop floor/assembly work. If you have the drive to learn and a strong mechanical baseline, this business will fund your development into a fully qualified Quality Engineer.
The Role:
- Supporting quality control, component inspection, and non-conformance reporting
- Gaining fully funded external qualifications (CSWIP, Welding Inspection, Quality & H&S)
- Working closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to maintain high quality standards
The Candidate:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline
- ~1 year of practical/industrial experience (Placement year, Year in Industry, or hands‑on mechanical assembly/technician work)
- Driven, hard-working attitude with a keen desire to learn and develop
