Location: Newark

Are you an Engineering Graduate looking to start your career in an established company who can support you with guidance and training and develop you into an autonomous Design Engineer? On offer is the opportunity to join an established business that has been in operation for over 30 years and work on a variety of projects from some of the most recognisable companies in the UK. This role will see you join the design team, learning how the entire process works from design to manufacture to installation. Working with the design team to develop your CAD skills, understand engineering calculations and how the designs are created by the manufacturing team. This role would suit a Graduate from an Engineering focused degree that is looking for a company that can help develop their skills and progress them into a fully-fledged Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping to create designs
  • Assisting with engineering calculations
  • Creating BOMs
  • Working with manufacturing

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate or similar
  • Has had exposure to AutoCAD
  • Commutable to Newark-on-Trent
