Are you looking for an opportunity to work within the full manufacturing process, developing new recipes from kitchen concept through to large-scale production? Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Food Technologist to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and improving existing recipes
- Developing innovative new concepts
- Refreshing and optimising existing products
- Trialling new ingredients
- Supporting product launches
- Monitoring products post-launch to evaluate performance and customer feedback
You will be working closely with the Commercial, Category, Sourcing, Production, and Technical Process teams, playing a key role in supporting NPD projects and ensuring all product files and documentation are accurately maintained.
