Fabrication Supervisor – Progression Opportunities Rotherham, South Yorkshire | Monday – Friday 8-4pm | £38,000-£42,000 Do you have a fabrication background and experience of working within a fast‑paced production environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to step up into a management position with a well‑respected, growing, international manufacturing company? A rare opportunity has come about, due to expansion, to secure a management position, overseeing a team of around 10 fabricators/operators in a busy, fast‑moving manufacturing environment. This is a key role for the business where you will have the opportunity to shape process improvements, assist with quality control, and be the go‑to person to drive quality and performance standards within the fabrication team.
