Do you have experience managing warehouse and/or logistics teams? Do you want to step up into a new role where you will be the second in command on site? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a warehouse supervisor to join the team at their state of the art facility in Cullompton. The successful applicant will be managing a team of 7, second in command to the site manager. You will oversee all incoming and outgoing materials and goods, ensuring that all orders are meeting deadlines whilst adhering to company standards and health and safety policies. The team have further plans to expand over the next year which will bring further responsibility and progression opportunities. This is a great chance to be a hands-on leader and drive performance within a loyal and growing team, you will receive full backing from the wider group to enable you to flourish in the role.
